OK. At this point I think you've gotten feedback on every patch in the
series, the vast majority of which is good to go with just a few things
needing to go to an upstream project or a small number of changes that
weren't correct.
Thanks everyone for such prompt reviews! :) I am currently finishing up the
patches for part 2 and will post the patches requiring updates for this
series after that. I think it would also be good to give others a few more
days to provide feedback if there is any.
