This is v2 of the patch to add star-mc3 cpu support, with the following
changes compared to v1:
Changes in v2:
- Remove quirk_vlldm from star-mc3 configuration.
star-mc3 is not affected by the VLLDM security erratum
(CVE-2021-35465), so the workaround quirk is not required.
Successfully bootstrapped and tested on arm-none-eabi.
Is this OK for trunk?
