I have had previous reviewers, but they lack Forge accounts (AFAICT). I posted to an issue for the bot about managing Cc lists as well. I added a comment about arbitrary emails today (see https://forge.sourceware.org/forge/batrachomyomachia/issues/35#issuecomment-5245).
