Bootstrapped and regression-tested on aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu and

One new test fails because a data access is out of range:
"gcc.target/aarch64/sve/slp_pred_9_run.c execution test".
We can ignore this test failure, providing that the test is removed
before the patch series is merged: the test requires 128-bit SVE vector
length but I was executing it on a machine with 256-bit SVE length.
