Subject: [PATCH] tree-optimization: Remove true condition in
tree-ssa-ifcombine.cc. [PR126397]
This condition is always true as checked by verify_gimple_cond in tree-cfg.cc.
Bootstrapped and regtested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
