[PATCH] c++: Fix lambda scope cleanup after class error [PR125343]

Hi,

This fixes an ICE during error recovery for a class definition
in a lambda template parameter by ensuring the opened
lambda scope is always closed.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu. OK for trunk?
