Were there multiple versions that deleted the archives? From what I see, only the initial version did that, and the second commit removed the 'rm $MPFR.tar.bz2 ...' line. Arguably, deleting the archives was a mistake that was corrected by the next commit. Can you explain the context of your patch, why are you proposing to delete downloads by default? Alexander
