[PATCH 2/7] testsuite: require asm goto with outputs in pr125545.c

The test uses an asm goto with an output operand but does not require
target support for it, so it fails with "the target does not support
'asm goto' with outputs" on targets lacking it, such as alpha.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gcc.dg/torture/pr125545.c: Require asm_goto_with_outputs.
