This patch fixes some test cases that failed due to sloppyness,
like:

   typedef unsigned int u32;

instead of:

   typedef __UINT32_TYPE__ u32;

On avr, many test failed to produce expected warnings since
strcmp etc. is implemented as asm in a gnu inline wrapper.

Applied to trunk.
