commit b3ddd92a2eee5bdc5c9d322bc5642f2a92614ac2
Fix sloppy PR126415 test case.
This test case failed with
pr126415.c:28:19: warning: overflow in conversion from 'long int'
to 'int' changes value from '-2000000000' to '27648' [-Woverflow]
It's unclear how to reengineer the test case without spoiling
it, hence require int32plus.
