The default mode for tests contained in vect.exp is configured in
check_vect_support_and_set_flags.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.dg/vect/pr122797.c: Remove explict "dg-do run".
* gcc.dg/vect/pr123731.c: Likewise.
