pp_double_int is not used so remove it.
Part of https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc/2026-September/248863.html,
removing double-int as whole since wide-int exists (fixed_wide_int).

Bootstrapped and regtested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.

gcc/ChangeLog:

        * tree-pretty-print.h (pp_double_int): Remove.
        * tree-pretty-print.cc (pp_double_int): Ditto.
