Some of the configuration process was imported (and modified) from
the libstc++ edition. However, the variables were not renamed at the
time which leads to some confusion when working with it.

Rename GLIBCXX=>GLIBGM2, libcxx=>libgm2 and libstdcxx=>libgm2.

libgm2/ChangeLog:

        * acinclude.m4: Rename configure variables to match the
        library.
        * configure.ac: Likewise.
        * configure.host: Likewise.
        * libm2iso/wrapclock.cc: Likewise.
        * config.h.in: Regenerate.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * libm2cor/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * libm2iso/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * libm2log/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * libm2min/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * libm2pim/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
