The function xt_true_regnum(), defined in xtensa.cc, is not currently
called from any other files.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* config/xtensa/xtensa-protos.h (xt_true_regnum): Remove.
* config/xtensa/xtensa.cc (xt_true_regnum):
Specify as a static function.
