The @node next/prev pointers for the Installing GCC, Binaries and
Specific chapters in install.texi did not match the order given in
the top-level @menu, producing makeinfo warnings:

node next pointer for `Installing GCC' is `Binaries' but next is
    `Specific' in menu
node next/prev pointer for `Binaries' ... but ... in menu
node next/prev pointer for `Specific' ... but ... in menu
node prev pointer for `GNU Free Documentation License' is
`Specific' but prev is `Binaries' in menu

The @menu order (Installing GCC -> Specific -> Binaries -> GNU Free
Documentation License) has been stable since the manual was first
converted to Texinfo; the @node chain had drifted from it. Fix the
@node pointers to match, and move the Binaries chapter to follow
Specific in the file so the @iftex/PDF output, which lays out
chapters in physical file order rather than following @node, agrees
as well. Update the install-specific @node pointer for the GNU FDL
appendix in fdl.texi to match; that pointer is gated on @ifset
gfdlhtml, which only install.texi sets, so the change does not affect
gcc.texi, gccint.texi, cppinternals.texi or any other manual that
includes the same file.

gcc/
* doc/install.texi (Installing GCC): Change node pointer from
Binaries to Specific.
(Specific): Move to directly follow Installing GCC.
Update node pointers accordingly.
(Binaries): Move to follow Specific.
Update node pointers accordingly.
* doc/include/fdl.texi (GNU Free Documentation License): Under
@ifset gfdlhtml, change node pointer from Specific to Binaries
to match install.texi's chapter order.

Tested by running "make info".

Uros.
