The header comment of longlong.h says the file is part of the GNU C
Library. glibc kept its own copy in stdlib/longlong.h and synced it
with GCC's, but removed it for glibc 2.43 (commit 5dab2a31954b,
"stdlib: Remove longlong.h"). Name GCC in the header. The license
terms are unchanged.
The comment on attribute_hidden says it is used in glibc only, but
libquadmath's gmp-impl.h defines it too. Say what defining it does
instead.
