Texinfo 7.1 may throw a build warning when an @anchor is located
inside a table @item. The respective warning has only be fixed
in Texinfo 7.1.1, cf. the respective 7.1.1 release notes at
https://cgit.git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/texinfo.git/tree/NEWS?id=1aa1ce2ded1e661b3b15a81d57f08d07070e7525

"do not complain about presence of @anchor inside @item in a table"

This patch adjusts doc/install.texi accordingly.

Applied to trunk as obvious.
