Regression fails for libgomp.c/scan-20.c (was: [PATCH] DOM: replace test_for_singularity with simplify_using_ranges)

Hi Aldy,

on x86-64, commit r17-4889-gea48f0c5493cb0,
which seems to match this patch causes
libgomp/testsuite/libgomp.c/scan-20.c

to fail. Namely before the commit, I got:

libgomp/testsuite/libgomp.c/scan-20.c:40:11: note: vectorized 2 loops in 
function.
libgomp/testsuite/libgomp.c/scan-20.c:53:11: note: vectorized 3 loops in 
function.

after the commit

libgomp/testsuite/libgomp.c/scan-20.c:40:11: note: vectorized 2 loops in 
function.
libgomp/testsuite/libgomp.c/scan-20.c:53:11: note: vectorized 1 loops in 
function.

And the file requires:

/* { dg-final { scan-tree-dump-times "vectorized \[2-6] loops" 2 "vect" 
{ target sse2_runtime } } } */

which is no longer fulfilled.
