lambda-ice5 fails with a checking ICE when run with -fpermissive because
seen_error returns 0. This calls maybe_diagnose_erroneous_template in
tsubst_lambda_expr, which reports the error and fixes the ICE.
PR c++/118388
gcc/cp/ChangeLog:
* pt.cc (tsubst_lambda_expr): Call
maybe_diagnose_erroneous_template.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* g++.dg/cpp0x/lambda/lambda-ice5-fpermissive.C: New test.

Jason had suggested that we might be missing such a call in his review
last year.
