When only fixing a testcase, just testing the specific testcase is
fine, no new bootstrap/full regtest is needed.
Ideally with say
make check-gcc RUNTESTFLAGS="--target_board=unix\{-m32,-m64\} dg.exp=pr127464.c"
in this case.
The Otherwise LGTM meant the patch is ok after those changes, so you can
just commit it.
