This is the series described in my last mail in this thread. Both
parts are in tree-data-ref.cc; no pass is changed.
1/2 makes a self dependence with no distance-vector representation
unknown and releases its vectors.
2/2 completes the distance vectors of free loops, and gives up where
they cannot be completed.
It fixes PR115869, PR105771, PR120254 and the PR109184 testcase.
PR105771 is assigned to Michael; happy to leave that part to him if he
prefers.
Bootstrapped and regression tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu and
aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu at 92a7b1230e6d (c, c++, fortran, lto, objc)
with no new failures. The series applies cleanly to 7fbd8209fc43,
where the new tests pass and the loop optimization tests show no new
failures on both targets.
