[PATCH] [MIPS] Make the gcc driver recognize the -mvirt option

Hi Richard,
It would be nice to be able to pass -mvirt to the gcc driver.  Does this patch 
look okay to install?
Also, please let me know if I can install now or if I need to wait for stage 1.
