Do you happen to have the same/a recent version installed at the same prefix your build under test is configured for? In that case, it's likely that libcilkrts.spec is picked up from there. For reasons like this, I usually configure test builds with a prefix where no gcc is installed, so I can guarantee I really test the freshly built version and not a mix.
