For --with-build-config=bootstrap-asan also the
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2014-03/msg01433.html patch is
needed, plus --with-build-config=bootstrap-asan will only work with
-disable-werror for now (fix for that expected only in stage1).
