The Go frontend was incorrectly accepting duplicate variable names in a
tuple assignment, as in "a, a := 0, 0". This is
http://golang.org/issue/8436. This patch from Chris Manghane corrects
this error. Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on
x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. Committed to mainline.
