I mean that (2) should not be rejected dependent on flag_force_vectorize. It was rejected because if-cvt couldn't handle it correctly before but with this patch this is fixed. I see no reason to still reject this then even for !flag_force_vectorize. Rejecting PHIs with more than two arguments with flag_force_vectorize is ok.
