(TARGET_MOVE_BY_PIECES_PROFITABLE_P): Likewise.
* config/s390/s390.h (MOVE_BY_PIECES_P): Remove.
This will be fine once patch #1 is approved (my understanding is you'll
be resubmitting patch #1 after some minor fixes).
