Thanks H.J. for the feedback I replaced the original 'vpbroadcastb'
scan assembler check with a more specific one but I realised this
doesn't apply to -m32 either.
Changes since v1:
* New line added to end of pr124407-1.c
* Now scanning for movabsq $4575657222473777152, %rax in the assembly
* Replace old vpbroadcastb check
* Added target{!ia32} to exclude -m32 from new checks
