GCC 3.4.6 Release status

Hi,

  Bugzilla reports this morning that there are 113 open PRs with 
gcc-3.4.6 target, out of which only two are considered
release-critical.  There

  middle-end/18956: [hppa] 'bus error' at runtime while passing a
                    special struct to a C++ member function

Help from middle-end maintainers for understandaning and fixing these
PRs are much appreciated.

I'll go over the hundred PRs and triage which are important to get
fixed and which we can leave with.
