This just leaves now:
libq3-mt: non-standard build that requires some work. Probably not that
hard, but not of immediate interest to me
libgnomeprintui/gnome-icon-theme: I added these ones recently, but
there's some issue with the build icon-naming-utils upon which these
rely.
boost could do with some work, but may be sufficient to be useful.
If anyone wants to try emulating my builds, and reporting any issues,
I'd much appreciate it.
