Sorry, but this isn't at all clear to me.  The files in the imagemagick
application match your wget package and Theo's packaging examples.  e.g:

  SysVars.Alias=24animate

Contains:

  <ImageMagick$Dir>.animate %*0

Were you expecting something else?
