It's useful to think about such things, but for this situation the
corner case really does seem to be quite contrived. In addition, I think
the extra "s" in !SharedLibs is actually significant, meaningful and
has the potential to avoid misunderstandings.

Overall, !SharedLibs seems preferable to !SharedLib.
