Done, with modifications. It needs build with the GCC 4 setup,
which means that "gcc" etc isn't the cross compiler. I left
in the explicit -static flag for now too.
I haven't got around to doing a RiscPkg for it, but it's a simple one-file
executable. Is there a standard template in the autobuilder for those? I
can knock up a RiscPkg control file if you like.
Look at boilerplate in wget, etc.
