I've made Mozilla Firefox release 8 for RISC OS, which is mostly an
update to version 2.0.0.20 - the last in the 2.0.0.x series.
There's no great changes in this version, but it might be a little
bit faster.

Thanks for this update Peter.

It works fine on my A9home. Speed increase varies, but have clocked it at some 15 seconds faster than the previous release at loading my iGoogle home page.

This sounds good, but I suspect it isn't really true. "15% faster" I
might have believed, but would depend also. If you change between
versions, you'll have some churn in the preferences file from start up.
In addition, Firefox does significant caching, so this is probably what
you're seeing.

If you wanted to be really sure, you'd need to start by deleting
Choices:Mozilla each time.
