Peter, The new version of wesnoth is using libpango and that appears to need dynamic libraries. I can't see any flags in the libpango library to stop this. Can you? If there is no way to prevent this, my compile is complaining that it is unable to find -ldl. Any idea how to fix this? The only copy of libdl.so I have on my machine is in /home/riscos/cross/arm-unknown-riscos/lib.
