Currently we don't have GCCSDK 4 support for C++ with SCL as runtime library.
Cfr. !GCC's help point "2. Known issues or unsupported GCCSDK 3.4.6 features".
Either use GCCSDK 3.4.6, either use UnixLib as runtime library for the time
being.

I can't promise this will be resolved in the near future but at this very
moment I'm trying out an experiment to merge libscl and libunixlib together in
one codebase which would simplify getting network support for libscl and it
might help as well to get libstdc++ built for SCL. Cfr.
