That’s awesome to hear and great idea becoming prepared in advance!

I suggest having everyone complete a couple of the beginner tasks from previous 
years.  Beginner tasks are designed for people with very little to no prior

If the beginner tasks are mostly too easy, then they’re decently prepared.
