Hello there,
I'll be brief and straight. So basically there are organisations as you can
see, and each of them have their base code in a particular language. So you
go though the list of organisations, find the one most suitable for you and
do the tasks for that or.

Also, you will find their IRC channel, Slack channel or Telegram channel
(and a mailing list) use any of them to contact the org, introduce yourself
and do the task that you can do for that org.

As a note, it is advisable to stick to one org till the end of the contest.
As each org announces its winners at the end.
