Hi everybody, please keep in mind that Google has to ship lots of shirts. Plus in parallel Google also has to organize the next round of Summer of Code. Plus postal service is not as fast as emails - depending on where you live it can take a while (example: a post card I sent from the USA three weeks ago still has not arrived in Europe - that's the reality).
I understand you all would love to have your shirts as quickly as possible and you can all be proud that you've successfully taken part in Google Code-in. However, asking on this mailing list won't make any postal service work any faster.
