Hi, Thank you for your interest in GSoC and GCI.
Unfortunately you are caught between the 2 programs: we can't accept college students into GCI, and you must be 18 to apply to GSoC. All I can suggest is to get involved with an open source project that attracts you and consider applying to GSoC next year.
