Hi! I think that most important thing is taking into account that they're volunteers, they live in different countries and you're not the only one, so you need to be very patient. In some cases the answer very near the 36h after posting, but even it might happen they, not answer. In this cases, I recommend asking in StackOverflow if it's a programming-related question (in this way you also will help other, reason why I recommend doing this always), and, if it's a task-related question, by mailing to the organization or, as I did, by joining the corresponding IRC chat.
