Greetings!  I think some of the output needs cleaning up soon -- its
getting hard to easily spot mistakes.  What think you of

1) the repass1 warnings (these can point out that a simple reordering
   of the functions in a file could speed compilation)
2) proclaimed/inferred signature mismatch warnings (I think we have
   discussed this before, at least I have a preliminary idea of
   warning only when the type-and of the too is nil, and otherwise
   take the user info (type-anded into the compiler result).without
   comment.)
3) recompile callee/caller messages
