Camm asked me how I used the system gmp libraries with mingw/msys on
Windows.
1. start the mingw-get installer
2. From the Installation menu select "Update catalog"
2. For the package mingw32-gmp select dev (and doc, info and lic if you
like)
3. From the Installation menu select "Apply changes"
I have version 5.1.2-1 installed. You also need the matching
mingw32-libgmp, but this already installed as a prerequisite for gcc
configure gcl with --enable-dynsysgmp and enjoy the faster build.
