Just to be clear: if you have already packaged GDAL 1.9 with openjpeg "old" v2
branch, there's no reason to change that right now, unless you have other users
of openjpeg 2.0 or have some other good reason to upgrade it now.
The issue in my case is that openjpeg was updated upstream in openSUSE
Factory so the previous gdal package does not find the correct SO name,
so it breaks.
