I have mostly completed the driver for DB2 Spatial using the ODBC
support and would appreciate pointers into the GDAL information for the
following:
1. Is there a test suite / framework for OGR drivers?
2. What is the mechanism for submitting a new driver?
3. What is the plan for the transition to GDAL 2.0? My driver was
developed against GDAL 1.11.2 and parallels similar drivers for MSSQL,
PostGIS, Oracle, etc.
