You're invited to check (I've put a few names that I had in mind in
front of a few items) and update it.
I removed the "?" from front of my name in WCS but left it in braces.
I added "To be removed in ?" to Perl bindings and added a reference to
Geo::GDAL::FFI, which is preferred and I'm more prone to maintain.
