For a toolbar button we would need an icon first. But maybe it isn't necessary at all: - there is a menu item in the Document menu to enable/disable it for the current file - there is a keybinding "Toggle Line wrapping" to enable/disable it for the current document - and there is a option in the prefs dialog to enable/disable it globally for all files Isn't this enough?
