My Gnome does pop Geany to the front when I open another file in Geany. Looking in Gnome configuration I can't see any setting for why it works. But at least you know it can be done :-) Cheers Lex PS There is a metacity (the WM for Gnome) setting called raise on click that notes that if its off it will ignore raise requests from programs. You could check that this is set. > >> Hmm, that's a long URL--I should probably change the page name to make a >> shorter URL--it might get split in this email. > > embrace the url like <http://some.long.url>. > > Greetz, > > Christopher > -- > ----------------------------------------------------------- > www.odalis.net: integrated KMS/CMS/DMS/Data-Warehouse > > sym.net martin butz & christoph siefer gbr > Hansaring 78 50670 koeln 049.(0)221.3762590 > email: [email protected] net: http://www.sym.net > _______________________________________________ > Geany mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.uvena.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geany > _______________________________________________ Geany mailing list [email protected] http://lists.uvena.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geany
