that's what I thought as well. However, I have not taken the time to
try changing this. I have a copy of Vista that I can use to test it in,
so I need to make a Virtual Machine of Vista before I can really try
anything. I'll have to rely on others for version of windows previous
to Win XP.
I will add it to my docket to try these changes. I hope to do it within
the next week. I have a small mountain of things to do.

It might be related to the line 30 of the installer script:
RequestExecutionLevel user
This was suggested by a user so the installer can be ran without Admin
privileges IIRC. Maybe this is part of the problems, not sure though.
I'm not experienced with these new Windows security features.
