Yes. You can assign a keyboard shortcut via Edit . . . preferences . . . keybindings.

Scroll down to "Document" and look for "Toggle Line Wrapping". I have mine set for ctrl+shift+w, but that's a personal preference :-) You could use whatever you wish.

- navigate to ->  preferences->editor->line wrapping
- change setting
- close editor window
- reopen editor window
- view changes
- and repeat the same to go back to the original mode.
